Gratitude Monday: Week 2

Why do we dislike Monday so much? Because it is the end of relaxation from the weekend? Because we have to face our weekly grind and all the obligations that go along with it?

Well I want to try an experiment. For the next 3 months (May 30th - August 29th), I was to try to express something I have gratitude for each Monday. I want to try to change my Monday from dread to cheer. And I would like for you to join me!!!

How was last Monday? Did finding one thing to be grateful for change your outlook on Monday? Let me know, tell me how your last Monday was.  Then lets do it again!

This week I want you to choose 2 thing you are grateful for and post it in the comments!  Then ask your friends and family to post 2 thing they are grateful for. Let see if we can't change Mondays together!

  1. I am slowly re-learning how to set goals in my life. And my biggest goal at this point is learning how to have and keep a positive mindset.

    So I am grateful that I can learn from my mistakes and I am grateful God has gifted me the opportunity to become a better version of myself.
