I create these delicate earrings from solid 20 gauge sterling silver wire and then hammer them flat. Finally these earrings are tumble hardened and polished to create a hard silver shine. Each of my gold hoop earrings are made from 14 KT gold filled wire, making these hoops elegant and economical. Gold filled wire is created by bonding a layer of 14 Karat gold onto a jeweler's brass core. The gold will not flake or peel off as happens with gold plating.

Reverse hoops are a little different than most hoops. The gold hoops are designed to be clasp-less. They are worn by inserting the hoop earrings into the back of your earlobe and gently tugging it forward. Each gold hoop has a catch on the back of the hoop to stop the hoop from going all the way through your piercing. These elegant thin hoops are lightweight and designed for a standard piercing. This means they will not tear or stretch your earring holes.



Each tiny gold hoop measures approximately 0.5 inches in diameter! They are easy to put on and wear so comfortably, you may forget you are wearing them! Customers have been seeking me out on Etsy since 2009 wanting to buy these amazing hoop earrings.

To make these gold hoop earrings, I cut and form a length of 14 karat gold filled wire. Once the hoop is formed I hammer it flat. From there the gold hoops are hardened and polished in my studio, before they are ready to ship to you.
