Etsy is messing me up again. Dropped my ExoticWood site - reinstated last night and now dropped again! Won't even let me file the claim. Anyone else experiencing problems with Etsy?

ReplyDeleteGlad you can access, but I can't still - don't know what is happening. I think they are changing to a new system. If I make a sale, will be bad, that I can't process.
Roxanne, Did you try to log out? For about 2 weeks or so I was not able to sent messages to the people I made the videos for the blog hop, the system said something like I was clicking on pages many times, when I checked the help, it said I need to clean/erase the cookies in my system, I did and still the problem continued, I couldn't send messages letting the shop know was featured. When I do the videos I go to the shop and check all the items and when I get the items those pages/windows are open sometimes 8 or 10 at the time, easy for me to copy the description of the item and paste on the text of the item on the video, and I was all that time logged in Etsy, now I understand what was going on.
DeleteNow I am able to send messages, but I am logging out of Etsy after I finish.

ReplyDeleteRoxanne, I checked on and off yesterday (and again this morning) and have not had any problems with your site coming up. This might be a long shot, but have you tried clearing the cookies on your computer? If my PC starts messing up / running slower, I clear them and things straighten out. Might not be your problem but it really helps the computer to not be strangled with all of them. Just a thought . . .
